Danyetta Fleming Magana founded Covenant Security Solutions in 2003. Covenant Security Solutions Inc. is a Service Corporation whose customer-focused vision is to “secure your way of life.” Our unique approach to cyber security is to understand the people, the mission and processes behind the zeros and ones of your data. The company’s specialty is assisting clients with a full lifecycle approach to cyber security. This is accomplished through four main lines of business: Audit /Advisory Services, Security Engineering and Intrusion Detection Support.
Mrs. Magana is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) a globally recognized certification in the information security arena. She has been published in the Defense Information Systems Agency IA Newsletter and interviewed as an expert on Federal News Radio's “Mark Amtower Show.” In 2001, Ms. Magana received the Black Engineer of the Year Award for the “ Most Promising Engineer in Government.” Her goal has been to stretch the envelope for how we think about our information and find new and innovative ways to secure our way of life. The way we accomplish this is through integrity, respect and shared vision with our clients to achieve security.
Shelley Frazier, CISSP

Ms. Shelley Frazier is the Chief Operating Officer is responsible for daily corporate affairs and the operational management of the company, business development and program management. She has over 29 years of experience with Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) operations, systems security, and program management. She ensures operational excellence and program management to Army Certification and Accreditation projects orchestrating contract activities to ensure deliverables are submitted on schedule and budget is in alignment throughout contract life. Prior to joining Covenant in 2005, Ms Frazier served over 20 years in the U.S. Air Force as a Communications-Computer Systems professional. Her last assignment was at the 10th Intelligence Squadron, as the Superintendent of Communcations-Computer Systems Flight ensuring the intelligence systems were operational, secured and approved to operate. During her career she gained vast knowledge of military command and operations while assigned to many lead roles at Air Force locations. Ms. Frazier attended school at Saint Leo University for Computer Information Systems and Business Management. She is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) and member of Armed Forces Communications Electronic Association. She has been involved in the community supporting activities such as food and clothing drives and has served as Girl Scouts of America troop leader for several years.
